I want something like in v4.6, means that we can exported directly from timeline with the same quality as in v4.6, we all have no much time to do two procedures: export to avi and then convert to mpeg2 and burn. I have Procoder 3 available but can not put it inside Edius 5.0. Neither put Explode Pro for Edius and Edius Explode from v4.6 into v5.0.

Is it possible to somehow choose the mode ProCoder is running in? I mean, I would like it to be as easy as it was in Edius 4 and therefore I would prefer 'Express mode' more. ProCoder and ProCoder Express for EDIUS were two very different products and programs that operated separately, and could even be installed side by side at one time.
With EDIUS v3 and EDIUS v4, ProCoder Express for EDIUS came bundled for free, and it was the print-to-file tool for use in EDIUS. ProCoder 2 or ProCoder 3 were the 'big brother' versions that could be used outside of EDIUS for independent transcoding jobs, as well as working as an additional plug-in for transcoding jobs out of EDIUS. ProCoder has more features and capabilities than ProCoder Express for EDIUS, hence the $500 price. When EDIUS v5 was released, ProCoder Express for EDIUS was discontinued and removed as there is now a very powerful and more feature-rich print-to-file exporter built right into EDIUS. ProCoder 3 can still operate as a plug-in to EDIUS in addition to this print-to-file tool, as well as working separately from EDIUS.
